Regulatory Compliance Specialist​/AVP – Retail and Wealth Management

The Role

We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance candidate to join our team in Singapore — an integral role ensuring that our advisory and investment activities operate within the highest regulatory and ethical standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for governance, regulation, and client protection.

• Provide regulatory advice and interpretation across the business and ensure that policies are in line with SFA and FAA
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance monitoring frameworks and thematic reviews.
• Support product design, approval, and review processes to ensure regulatory compliance and good customer outcomes.
• Manage all Regulatory Compliance and issues pertaining to Conduct Risk, and ensure they are in line with requirements
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Risk, and Distribution teams, to embed a strong culture of compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance
• Strong technical knowledge in SFA, FAA, MAS regulations etc
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to challenge and advise senior stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, analytical mindset.
