Duties and Responsibilities- Perform transactions such as accepting deposits and loan payments, cashing checks, issuing money orders and cashier’s checks.
- Provide efficient and exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
- Comply with privacy policies and procedures to maintain customer confidentiality and information protection.
- Comply with all federal, state and local regulatory rules governing financial institutions, as well as all company policies and procedures.
- Complete and pass all required regulatory compliance training.
- Connect customers to the appropriate department specialists for specialized financial needs.
- Engage customers in person and by phone to assist, and conduct transactions through self‑service technologies.
- Perform any additional duties and tasks assigned by management.

Education, Experience & Licenses- High school diploma (or equivalent) – required
- Minimum 1 year customer service and cash handling experience – required
- Minimum 1 year teller experience – preferred
Employees may need to sit, use hands in repetitive motions, talk or hear. Occasional standing, walking and lifting or reaching may be required. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including computers, telephones, copiers, facsimiles and calculators. Must be able to routinely perform work on a computer for an average of 6–8 hours per day, and work extended hours or travel off‑site when required.
Must be capable of climbing or descending stairs in an emergency.
