Product Director Liquidity​/Cross-Border

We are partnered with a fast-growing fintech firm to hire a Product Director who will have end-to-end ownership of payment products spanning collections, payouts, FX, settlement, and reconciliation across multiple markets.

Supporting the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of its payment capabilities, as well as serving as the product lead for key external payment partners. This role requires a strong understanding of payment flows, regulatory constraints, and technical systems, combined with hands‑on execution.

• 7–12 years of product management experience within payments, fintech, banking, or financial services
• Strong hands‑on exposure to cross‑border payments, FX flows, wallet infrastructure, or card/payment processing systems, including FX liquidity, treasury systems, or digital asset‑related payment flows.
• Deep understanding of payment architectures, APIs, and system integrations
• Experience operating within regulated environments (e.g., MAS, AML/CFT compliance frameworks)
• Track record of scaling payment platforms across multiple geographies
