Corporate Finance Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Support and execute IPO mandates (SGX, including Catalist and Mainboard), including pre-IPO restructuring, documentation, and regulatory submissions
• Assist in the preparation of IPO prospectuses, offer documents, and announcements
• Liaise with SGX, MAS, sponsors, legal advisers, auditors, and other professionals throughout the transaction lifecycle
• Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence for IPOs and other corporate finance transactions
• Prepare financial models, information memoranda, board papers, and client presentations
• Support reverse takeovers (RTOs), mergers & acquisitions, placements, and fundraising exercises
• Coordinate transaction timelines and ensure compliance with regulatory and listing requirements
• Assist senior team members in client management and deal origination efforts

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
• 2–5 years of relevant corporate finance experience, with direct involvement in IPO transactions
• Prior experience with SGX-listed IPOs (Catalist/Mainboard) is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of SGX listing rules, MAS regulations, and capital markets practices
• Solid financial modelling, analytical, and valuation skills
• Experience in a corporate finance advisory firm, sponsor, investment bank, or professional services firm
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple deadlines, and work under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
