Finance Manager

Lead financial operations for a multi-brand F&B group, ensuring full compliance with Singapore financial regulations while implementing robust controls and delivering CEO-level strategic insights.

• Lead and manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, bank cashflow, and month-end closing processes to ensure accurate and timely financial operations
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal controls to enforce financial discipline across all business units
• Coordinate and manage audits, GST registration and filings, and compliance with IRAS requirements to maintain regulatory adherence
• Maintain accurate invoicing, receipts, and vendor statements with zero backlog to support seamless financial transactions
• Prepare concise financial reports and provide strategic recommendations to headquarters for informed decision-making
• Liaise effectively with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies to facilitate compliance and audit processes

• Degree in Accounting or Finance, or ACCA/CPA qualification
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management roles
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Tax and Audit laws, GST regulations, and IRAS filing requirements
