Theme International Trading's investment objective is to make liquid investments targeting high risk-adjusted returns. The fund uses quantitative trading models to capture arbitrage opportunities and improve market efficiency by providing liquidity and price discovery on the derivative markets.
We are constantly seeking motivated individuals with entrepreneurial mindset to join our growing team. We are expanding our quantitative analysis and trading desks to enhance our algorithmic trading models and generate new trading ideas with data findings.
At Theme International Trading, you would be exposed to a wide range of financial instruments that we trade – commodity, index, FX, fixed income derivatives, cryptocurrencies and equities. You would have the chance to perform various job functions such as collect and process data, study market trends and discover correlations between products, derive trading formula and work on developing trading algorithms.
Furthermore, should you feel that you want to start trading when you are ready, you would be given the opportunity to do so.

Our ideal candidate would be- At least a Diploma Holder
- At least 1 year of experience trading equities intraday
- Proven track record of generating profits
- Able to work in a dynamic environment
- Having strong attention to detail and systematic approach to problem solving
- Able to work in teams as well as independently
- Able to communicate effectively
The candidate will be Trading Asian equity market, executing intraday strategies, ending the day with little or no overnight positions, and executing trades during opening and closing auctions.
