Job Title: Syndicated Loan Closer (LoanIQ)
Job Type: Contract (Possible Conversion to FTE)
Locations & Max Pay Rates:
Plano, TX — $30.04/hr (Free Parking)
Charlotte, NC — $30.23/hr (Paid Parking)
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite) | 8–5 / 7–4 (Flexible)
We are seeking an experienced Syndicated Loan Closer with strong LoanIQ expertise to support corporate lending operations. This role focuses on booking and funding syndicated (agented) loan transactions, reviewing credit agreements, and ensuring compliance with corporate lending guidelines.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, assertive, and comfortable enforcing credit agreement requirements to mitigate operational and credit risk.
ResponsibilitiesReview credit agreements, internal approval documents, and agent bank notices
Book loan transactions into LoanIQ system of record
Process amendments to existing deals
Manage incoming and outgoing loan payments
Support booking and funding of syndicated (agented) loans
Partner with internal business teams and legal counsel
Ensure compliance with lending guidelines and risk standards
Support month-end and quarter-end close activities
✔ Experience with
Syndicated (Agented) Loan transactions – Booking & Funding✔ Strong LoanIQ proficiency (must understand system deeply)
✔ Experience reviewing and interpreting credit agreements
✔ Corporate / Commercial Real Estate syndicated lending knowledge
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Excel
✔ Strong communication skills
✔ Ability to work independently
✔ High attention to detail
Banking or Finance degree/experience
Credit analysis experience
Corporate lending documentation knowledge
Experience interacting with legal counsel
Risk management understanding in corporate lending
