• Review and analyze escalated cases from Level 1 and Level 2 global compliance teams to determine reportability
• Prepare detailed and compliant Suspicious Matter Reports (SMRs) and Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) for submission to AUSTRAC and the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU)
• Ensure all reports are accurate, complete, and submitted within regulatory deadlines
• Maintain records and documentation related to SMR/SAR filings
• Collaborate with global compliance teams to clarify case details and gather necessary information

• Experience in AML compliance, preferably with suspicious matter reporting
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good understanding of AUSTRAC and FIU reporting obligations
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple cases simultaneously

• Completion of major crypto blockchain analytics certification
• Experience with Elliptic, Chainalysis, and TRM tools
