Robert Half Executive Search is conducting a search for a Division Controller for an established and growing manufacturing company. This is a senior financial leadership role responsible for overseeing all accounting operations across general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit & collections, and cash application within a shared services, multi-plant environment. Reporting directly to the Division President, the Division Controller will serve as a strategic business partner to operations, lead the finance transformation following a recent ERP implementation, and play a critical role in supporting the company’s three-year growth strategy.
Highlightsof the Role:
- Lead all accounting functions across the division including general accounting, AP, AR, credit & collections, and cash application
- Drive world-class weekly and monthly close discipline while strengthening internal controls and governance
- Partner with operations to provide financial insight, variance analysis, and decision support
- Direct operating and capital budgeting processes with rigorous ROI analysis
- Play a key leadership role in ERP transformation and rebuilding scalable finance processes post-go-live
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team within a shared services model
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA strongly preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing or product-based accounting environment
- Demonstrated success supporting ERP implementations and large-scale finance transformations
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, inventory management, budgeting, and capital investment analysis
- Experience working in multi-plant or shared services environments
- Proven leadership experience building and managing accounting teams
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience with base around $150,000 with bonus opportunity to earn all-in $200,000-$225,000 per year.

- On-site role based in Gilmer, TX with up to 20% travel required
