As a Poker Supervisor, you will oversee the dynamic daily operations of our Poker Room, ensuring a thrilling and quality experience for all our guests. • Supervise assigned operational functions consistent with the strategic plan, the fiscal budget, and the company’s short term and long‑term profitability objectives

• Supervise the delivery and measurement of guest service consistent with the company’s core service standards and brand attributes

• Create a work environment that promotes teamwork, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction

• Actively listen to employees and customers for input to provide ideas and suggestions for new products, services, technology and processes to ensure company’s competitive position and in anticipation of changing customer needs

• Greet players and maintain the list for seating them into the poker games

• Explain games and procedures and assist the guests with any necessary requests

• High School Diploma or GED

• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Poker Dealer or Supervisor Experience

The rate for this role is:

$25.00

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
