THE JOB:It is the responsibility of the Poker Tournament Dealer to perform the act of dealing and running a game in a professional manner while providing excellent guest service. All duties are to be performed in accordance with federal, state, local laws, regulations, and ordinances, as well as department and Company policies, practices, and procedures.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:- Responsible for accuracy of table bank
- Responsible for compliance of gaming regulations
- Explain rules and answer questions for guests
- Notify shift supervisor of irregularities in customers play
- Responsible for accuracy of table pot and table rake
- Develop customer relations and facilitate usage of the one club card
- Assist in poker room operation as needed
- Assume additional responsibilities on an as needed basis
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- + Years of Prior Relevant Poker dealing experience Required
- Required to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The rate for this role is:
$7.25
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
