Are you ready to lead the action in our thrilling Poker Room? As a Poker Shift Manager, you will direct and inspire our dedicated team while ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest. Your ability to investigate, mediate, and resolve guest issues will be key as you coordinate and run exciting poker tournaments, making your mark in a vibrant casino environment where your leadership truly matters!

• Monitor activity at Poker tables to include seating issues, game decisions, guest disputes, and suspicious activity
• Communicate personnel and guest issues to the Director/Manager of Poker Operations
• Operate all aspects of Bravo/Genesis software
• Answer customer questions about the Poker Room and all promotions
• Input player information into Patron Management software
• Verify guest play time and issue comps
• Recommend counseling and other disciplinary action to Director/Manager of Poker Operations
• Prepare employee evaluations and reviews

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Poker experience and/or supervisory or management experience

The rate for this role is:

$33.00

Paywill not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
