Overview

Restaurant Team Member at Love's Travel Stops. You will deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, maintain a clean and sanitized work area, accurately process payments, and ensure high-quality food service. No experience? We will teach you!

• General customer service duties including taking customer food orders, answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs.
• Balancing a cash register and offering additional sales opportunities to customers.
• Accurately and safely prepare customer orders from various preparation points within the kitchen (e.g., sandwich line, fry station, grill station or other depending on concept).
• Use a variety of methods to ensure proper food safety conditions and delivery of a fresh, safe product.
• Cross training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and potential leadership roles.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds; ability to work in various temperatures.
