This is a full-time role for a Registered Professional Land Surveyor based in East Texas. The responsibilities of this role include performing land, topographic, and building surveys, utilizing total stations and other surveying technologies to produce accurate measurements and maps. Tasks also include analyzing survey data, preparing reports, and collaborating with team members to ensure projects are completed with efficiency and accuracy while meeting critical deadlines.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Land Surveying, including boundary and control surveys
- Expertise in Topographic Surveys and Building Surveying
- Skilled in using Total Station and other surveying equipment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Registered Professional Land Surveyor licensure is required
- Familiarity with modern surveying technology and software tools
- Ability to work on-site in varying field conditions
- Experience in project management and understanding regulatory compliance is a plus
