Procurement Manager

Well-established and busy electronic and energy storage manufacturer seeking a Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and purchasing for solar energy projects. You'll work with suppliers, manage contracts, and help ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of materials like inverters, batteries, and related equipment.

• Develop and lead procurement strategies.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers.
• Ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams on material needs.
• Track market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• 5+ years in procurement (preferably in solar, renewable energy, electronics or manufacturing).
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Solid understanding of supply chain, budgeting, and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus).

This is a direct-hire, long term career opportunity with a stable and continuously growing organization, the starting base pay range is $80K-$110K (doe) plus benefits, incentives and lots of room for advancement. This position sits in Greenville, TX, relocation assistance is available.
