Requirement/Must Have:

• Experience in environmental waste management.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance.
• Understanding of explosive materials handling and safety.
• Ability to evaluate and improve operational processes.
• Flexibility and a forward-thinking mindset.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in environmental waste or related field.

• Maintain compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate regulatory permits, licenses, and documentation.
• Prepare and submit regulatory and management reports.
• Participate in audits and inspections and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Develop and deliver compliance and environmental training.
• Liaise with contractors and agencies on environmental programs.
• Assess environmental risks and implement control measures.
• Support investigations of environmental incidents.
• Supervise staff and ensure operational efficienc.
• Implement quality control and process improvement practices.
• Oversee safe storage, transport, and inventory of regulated materials.
• Maintain environmental and safety documentation on site.

• Experience with environmental compliance audits.
