• Reports directly to the Maintenance Manager
• Responsible for performing duties such as, but not limited to:
  • Reducing maintenance costs
  • Improving equipment reliability through implementation of a predictive maintenance program
  • Planning, coordinating, and supervising corrective maintenance projects assigned by the Maintenance Manager
  • Planning shutdown repairs and overseeing the completion of capital projects

• Minimum of a two-year degree in engineering or related fields, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics
• Computer skills including knowledge of spreadsheets, databases, and word processing software
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to identify problems and implement corrective measures
