Responsibilities- Reports directly to the Maintenance Manager
- Responsible for performing duties such as, but not limited to:
- Reducing maintenance costs
- Improving equipment reliability through implementation of a predictive maintenance program
- Planning, coordinating, and supervising corrective maintenance projects assigned by the Maintenance Manager
- Planning shutdown repairs and overseeing the completion of capital projects
- Minimum of a two-year degree in engineering or related fields, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics
- Computer skills including knowledge of spreadsheets, databases, and word processing software
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to identify problems and implement corrective measures
