• Optimize Maintenance Costs – Identify and implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Enhance Equipment Reliability – Develop and oversee a predictive maintenance program to prevent unplanned downtime.
• Lead Corrective Maintenance Projects – Plan, coordinate, and supervise assigned projects to ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Manage Shutdown Repairs – Strategically plan and execute critical repairs during scheduled shutdowns.
• Oversee Capital Projects – Ensure the successful completion of capital improvement initiatives, from planning to execution.

• High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited instituion, a two (2) year degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical) or related fields is preferred
• Prior experience of 2-5 years in a maintenence supervisory role
• Proficient with reading blue prints and schematics
• Computer skills including knowledge of spreadsheets, database and word processing software
• Good communications skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to identify problems that arise and implement corrective measures
