Parts & Service Associate

Position

Ron Hoover Companies, with locations across the state of Texas, is looking for a qualified Parts & Service Associate to add to its Service Team in Willis, Texas.

• Initiate services and repairs by working with the customer to identify performance problems and services needed.
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage, develop estimates, write service orders, and maintain exceptional customer service and records.
• Provide inspection services for all incoming parts, issue parts to service technicians, sell parts to customers, and maintain parts inventory.

• Proven track record of working face‑to‑face with customers, assisting them in solving problems and keeping accurate records of work performed.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and willingness to submit to a pre‑employment drug screen.
