Role Description

The Special Services Intervention Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role located in Dripping Springs, TX. The coordinator will collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement intervention programs for students requiring specialized support. Responsibilities include evaluating students' academic, behavioral, and emotional needs, providing professional development for staff, and ensuring adherence to federal and state guidelines for special education and intervention services.

The role also involves monitoring program effectiveness and making data-driven adjustments to support student success.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in designing and implementing intervention programs, individualized education plans (IEPs), and similar support strategies
  • Strong skills in data analysis, progress monitoring, and assessment to evaluate program efficacy
  • Experience in providing professional development and collaborating with diverse teams of educators and administrators
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal regulations related to special education services and compliance
  • Master's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field preferred
  • Certification in educational leadership or special education is a plus
  • Experience working in K-12 schools, particularly in intervention or special services fields, is highly desirable
