Overview:
Join our vibrant team at Ken Crest Services and play a vital role in shaping young minds! As an Associate Teacher, you'll support the lead teacher in creating a warm, engaging, and developmentally rich classroom environment. Together, you'll help children with and without special needs explore, learn, and grow-making a real difference in their early childhood experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the lead teacher in organizing and maintaining an engaging classroom environment.
- Participate in the development and review of individual classroom plans with the lead teacher and supervisor.
- Assist in implementing classroom strategies to support each child's learning and development.
- Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- 30 college credits, including 12 in early childhood education or a Child Development Associate (CDA) certification
- Associate's degree in early childhood education (preferred)
