Comanche ISD is looking for a passionate person to direct and manage instructional programs and supervise operations and personnel at the high school campus level. The successful applicant must be able to provide leadership to ensure high standards of instructional services, oversee compliance with district policies, and oversee the operation of all campus activities.

Responsibilities/DescriptionDescription/Notes:
- Knowledge of campus operations
- Working knowledge of curriculum and instruction
- Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness
- Ability to manage budget and personnel
- Ability to implement policy and procedures
- Ability to interpret data
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Master's degree from an accredited university
- Texas principal or other appropriate Texas certificate
- Certified Texas Teacher Support and Evaluation System (T-TESS) appraiser
- Experience:
Three years of experience as a classroom teacher - Experience as a campus testing coordinator preferred
Salary Range: Minimum - $62,125
Mid-Point: $73,957
