This is a full-time, on-site Director of Early Childhood Education position located in Austin, TX. The Director will oversee day‑to‑day operations of the early childhood education program, including curriculum development, staff leadership, and program implementation. Responsibilities include coaching educators, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality education, adhering to state and church policies, and maintaining a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.

Additional tasks may include collaboration with families and stakeholders to meet educational objectives.

• Proficiency in Curriculum Development and Program Development
• Strong background in Education and Educational Leadership
• Experience in providing Coaching and mentorship to staff
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented and faith‑based setting
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred
• Previous leadership experience in an early childhood education environment
