Bradford Elementary is seeking a passionate, highly motivated, and organized Interventionist Teacher to support students in grades 3–5 through targeted academic intervention in Reading and Math. This position focuses on providing high-quality Tier 2 and Tier 3 instruction aligned to the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills and preparing students for success on the State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of 3-5 TEKS, data-driven instruction, and research-based intervention strategies, and demonstrates a deep commitment to supporting struggling learners.

• Valid Texas teaching certification for grades 3–5
• Demonstrated knowledge of 3rd–5th grade TEKS
• Experience analyzing and utilizing student data through DMAC
• Familiarity with instructional planning resources such as LEAD4
  
  WARD
• Strong understanding of STAAR performance standards and assessment alignment
• Experience with research-based instructional and intervention strategies in Reading and Math
• Background in Response to Intervention (RTI) and multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) preferred

• Provide targeted Tier 2 and Tier 3 small-group instruction in Reading and Math
• Use data to identify student needs, monitor progress, and adjust instruction accordingly
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and administrators to align intervention with TEKS instruction
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Track and document student progress using campus and district systems
• Prepare students for STAAR success through standards-aligned instruction and strategic intervention
• Communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders regarding student growth
