Overview

On-site position in San Francisco, CA or Miami, FL. Weekly pay at $120,000 annual salary. Health, dental, and vision coverage begins day one. Relocation assistance available for eligible candidates.

• Facilitating one-hour life skills sessions with K-2 learners, supporting them and reinforcing literacy instruction delivered by Reading Specialists
• Inspiring students to progress through adaptive learning platforms and reach their weekly academic milestones
• Guiding emotional self-regulation, persistence, and critical thinking through consistent routines and positive relationships
• Monitoring individual student development and needs, identifying concerns proactively, and refining approaches in partnership with your team
• Building a classroom environment that balances structure, joy, and individualized attention

• Must be available to work full-time and on-site at our campus in San Francisco, CA or Miami, FL
• Bachelor s degree in any discipline
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with children ages 4–8 in educational settings, after school programs, coaching, or comparable roles
• Strong storytelling ability and dynamic presentation skills: capable of captivating and maintaining attention of young learners in group settings
• Capacity to maintain high expectations for both yourself and students, and motivate children to achieve their objectives
• Growth-oriented mindset and receptiveness to feedback
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
