General DescriptionThe permanent responsibility of a faculty member is to provide the most effective instruction possible in his/her discipline. The faculty member works to ensure that the instruction meets the educational needs of students and receives supervision from the appropriate supervisor. Day and evening positions are available at the WCJC Bay City Campus. Pay for this position is $2,400 per 3 credit hour course per semester.
Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and effective instruction in Nuclear Power Technology.
- Supervise student learning and assess academic progress.
- Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
- Travel independently to and from work sites during day and evening hours as required.
- Associate's degree in Nuclear Power Technology, Process Technology, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 36 months of relevant work experience.
- Ability to travel independently to and from work sites during day and evening hours.
- Strong communication skills in a teaching environment with both groups and individuals.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check.
