Who We AreWe are a young and dynamic Waldorf initiative, nestled in the scenic hill country of Texas just a short drive from Austin. Our faculty is dedicated to the spiritual path of Anthroposophy, and our educational program is rooted in the traditional Waldorf curriculum, faithful to Steiner’s indications.

Waldorf Early Childhood Teacher Qualifications
- Waldorf Early Childhood Teacher Training (or willingness to pursue)
- Teaching experience in early grades with a strong wish to take a class all the way to grade 8
- Deep understanding of Anthroposophy and Waldorf principles
- Warmth, positivity, and a loving presence
- Artistic and creative, with a reverence for beauty and nature
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Flexibility, initiative, and a can‑do spirit
- Commitment to ongoing self‑development
- Create a nurturing, rhythmic classroom environment using natural materials and gentle routines.
- Guide children through imaginative play, storytelling, circle time, and practical activities such as baking, gardening, and handwork.
- Foster a sense of wonder and reverence for the world and for one another.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support each child’s growth.
- Participate in school festivals, community events, and parent education.
