SUMMARYEast Texas A&M University is seeking an outstanding candidate to teach in our BSN program. This 4.5‑month temporary non‑tenure track position seeks a master’s prepared nurse educator to ensure the integrity, excellence, reputation, and continuous improvement of the Nursing Department. Student success is a priority and the selected candidate should have a record of supporting student learning outcomes.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Teaching, scholarly activity, and service consistent with rank and track.
- Working collaboratively with faculty and staff to implement best practices in the courses assigned and to support departmental, college and institutional initiatives.
- Maintaining a current understanding of changes and trends in the discipline and effective pedagogical practices in classroom, clinical, and simulation.

Master’s in Nursing. - Experience / Knowledge / Skills
:
Experience in higher education nursing program (clinical or simulation instruction) in a preceptor, adjunct or full‑time faculty role. - Ability to
:
Work cooperatively with faculty, staff, and students to meet accreditation and industry standards. - Licensing / Professional Certifications

Texas RN or APRN license. - Physical Requirements
:
Able to be on feet to supervise clinical learning experiences for an 8–12 hour shift. - Other Requirements

Current clinical skills.
- Baccalaureate program experience.
- Experience with ATI product suite.
- Experience with D2L.
- Experience with simulation in educational setting.
