Location: Alto

We are seeking a board-certified Diagnostic Radiologist for a locum tenens assignment in beautiful eastern Texas, close to Alto, TX. This temporary position provides the ideal setting for a professional looking to work in a structured outpatient environment over the holiday season. The facility is fully equipped and supported by a team of experienced staff and fellow radiologists, ensuring an efficient and collaborative workplace.

Highlights:
  • Location:
    Near Alto, TX
  • Dates:
    December 23 - 27, 2024
  • Schedule:
    Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with a lunch break from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
  • Setting:
    Outpatient; no inpatient or on-call duties
  • Patient Load:
    Approximately 70 readings per day
Requirements:
  • Board Certification:
    Required in Diagnostic Radiology
  • Licensure:
    Active Texas medical license
  • EMR Systems:
    Proficiency with Philips PACS and MModal-Fluency for Imaging is necessary; familiarity with Epic is preferred but not required for readings
  • Specialty Skills: A range of radiologic skills, including:
    • General radiology and fluoroscopic studies
    • Bone mineral density, CT, MRI, and mammography (including interventional techniques)
    • Advanced ultrasound and non-vascular interventional radiology
