Night Shift | Dallas Area We are seeking two highly skilled and compassionate Physician Assistants (PAs) with experience in Pediatric Cardiology for locum tenens positions at a top-rated Children???s Hospital near Dallas Area, Texas. This opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about delivering high-acuity cardiac care to pediatric patients.
Position Details:
Start Date:
July ongoing Contract Duration: 3 months, with an ongoing option
Schedule:
5 nights per week, 8-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Call Requirements:
None Patient Ratio:
Day Shift 6:1, Night Shift 15:1 Facility Type:
Children's Hospital Responsibilities:
Manage patients with congenital and acquired cardiac conditions, including pre- and post-operative care. Provide care for patients in the Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Care (PACC) unit, focusing on heart failure and heart transplants. Perform complex medical management, including handling stable VADs, tracheostomy and ventilator dependence, inotropic infusions, and managing external pacing wires. Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and residents to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
