  We are seeking a lead physician to supervise one other nurse practitioner. Bonuses included for supervising and medical director responsibilities.

• Patient Volume:16-20 patients per day
• Facility: Recently renovated clinic with connected Hospital; access to ER, Radiology, & full-service Lab
