A facility is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located in Victoria, Texas.

This Emergency Medicine position offers 10- or 12-hour shifts with full specialty backup, including OB, Pediatrics, Cardiology, Orthopedics, Radiology, Pathology, Urology, Pulmonology, and Hospitalists. The ED sees 35,000 annual visits and operates as a Level III trauma center with 17 beds (10 urgent care, 7 fast track). Candidates must be BC/BE in EM or FM, hold an active Texas license and DEA, and have ATLS if not ABEM.

Coverage includes 32 physician hours and 30 APP hours daily. MD shifts are 6a-6p, 12p-10p, and 6p-6a; APP shifts are 7a-5p, 9a-7p, and 5p-3a. The EMR is Meditech.
