• Experience in consulting on archival standards and implementation

• Develop and implement archival policies aligned with industry standards, ensuring strong governance, integrity, and long-term accessibility of records and artefacts.
• Oversee the evaluation, cataloguing, preservation, and conservation of physical and digital materials significant to the organisation’s history.
• Lead corporate and community engagement initiatives, including educational programmes, curated projects, and partnership activities that promote heritage awareness and participation.
• Craft research-based narratives and impactful storytelling for the corporate gallery, reinforcing brand identity and engaging diverse stakeholders through exhibitions and audio-visual content.
• Manage archival and curation projects end-to-end, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

• Degree in Archival Science, History, Museum Studies, Curatorial Practice, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in archival management with strong knowledge of archival standards and best practices.
• Proven experience in physical and digital preservation, asset management systems, and exhibition or curation projects.
• Strong analytical, organisational, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and storytelling capabilities.
