Architect​/Architectural Designer; BIM Focus

What You Will Do…

• You will be working on exciting Mixed-Use, Retail and Commercial projects for our Top Tier Clients

• You will get involved in projects across Asia Pacific

• You will brainstorm with a team of young, bright, and truly creative architects and designers to create unique architectural designs

• You will serve as the project's BIM lead, developing and maintaining comprehensive, accurate, and compliant Revit models for all project phases.

• You will create and manage complex families, parametric components, and detail libraries to support project needs and firm standards.

• You will ensure model integrity, including proper element classification, data integrity, and adherence to project BIM standards.

• You will produce high-quality construction documents, schedules, and views directly from the BIM model

• You will assist with client presentations and attend project meetings

• You will be expected to speak up, give the team your opinion and insights

• You will be mentored, coached and trained to ensure your career success

• 3+ years of professional experience in an architectural design firm with a heavy, demonstrable focus on BIM

• Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit

• A passion to be truly creative and a strong desire to work in a team with great architects and designers

• A strong command of AutoCAD, Sketch Up and other graphic presentation software

• Confident communication and presentation skills

• Fluent communication skills in English
