We're looking for someone who thrives on momentum. Someone who can take a small-to-midsize landscape project from concept to close with creativity, clarity, and care. If you love the design-build world but want to focus on projects that move fast, generate revenue, and make an immediate impact, this role is for you.

• Take small-to-midsize landscape projects from concept to close, delivering creative, clear, and caring designs.
• Leverage your existing network and connections to generate new business opportunities.
• Prospect and follow up with potential clients to keep your pipeline full.
• Meet with clients, listen well, and guide them toward smart, beautiful solutions that fit their budget and style.
• Manage multiple smaller projects at once and keep them on track.
• Use your design tools (AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Lumion, etc.) to produce clean, compelling presentations.
• Drive cash flow through efficient, high-quality work and strong closing skills.
