We’re looking for a
dynamic, enthusiastic, and caring leader
to help guide our thriving pediatric dental practice. Experience as a Dental Office Manager and familiarity with dental software are highly valued. If you’re energetic, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a team-centered environment, we’d love to meet you!
As our Office Manager, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting our staff, and helping the practice meet production goals. You will oversee daily operations, support our team, and your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Overseeing administrative and clerical procedures and systems
- Scheduling new and follow-up appointments
- Creating and presenting treatment plans
- Providing training and development support to ensure staff understand practice protocols and operating procedures
- Responding promptly and effectively to clinical and operational concerns
- Supporting practice performance targets and budgeted goals

The ideal candidate will be a confident problem-solver with a positive attitude and a passion for creating a supportive, efficient workplace. Requirements- Minimum of 2 years working in a dental office
- Previous management or leadership experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong decision-making abilities and a drive to succeed
- Proficiency with dental software,
- Proficiency with software such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- High energy and outgoing personality
- Professional presentation and demeanor
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to supporting team development and patient care
- Ability to follow instructions, reason through problems, and develop solutions
