We are looking for a detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our telecommunications team. The Fulfillment Associate will play a crucial role in handling customer orders, ensuring accurate data entry, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, possess strong Microsoft Office skills, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.

• Process and fulfill online customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth order fulfillment processes
• Maintain organized records of orders and customer interactions

• 1-3 years of experience in a fulfillment or customer service role
