Schedule Coordinator/ Dispatcher - GPS Field Tech Service Scheduler (Dalworthington Gardens)

• Schedule on-site field visits for new installations and service work for 45-55 field technicians on a daily and ongoing basis.
• Work closely with field staff via phone and email to provide support and ensure success.
• Daily data entry and upkeep of spreadsheets/databases to track field technician metrics.

• At least one year of experience with dispatching or scheduling is strongly preferred.
• Experience in customer service is strongly preferred.
• Some knowledge of GPS services is helpful but not required.
• Mastery of basic Windows computing is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook, is mandatory.
• Strong typing skills are recommended.
• Strong communication skills, both written and via phone, are mandatory.
• Ability to be flexible within specific guidelines is important.
• Follow-through and attention to detail are important.
• Ability to multi-task is important.
• Punctuality and attendance are critical.
