We are seeking a Front Desk Spa Associate to join our team at Jasper Float Spa & Wellness Center. You are the first point of contact for clients and play a key role in creating a welcoming, calm, and professional spa experience that supports our mission of promoting health and well-being. This position is responsible for client check-in and check-out, scheduling appointments, answering questions about services and products, and supporting daily spa operations.

Location:
In Person – Memphis, TN 38103
- Greet clients warmly and ensure a positive first and last impression
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments in the booking system
- Answer phones, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding services, pricing, and policies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care
- Check clients in and out, process payments, and handle retail sales
- Maintain accurate client records and daily schedules
- Support team members by communicating schedule changes and client needs
- Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, ensuring all areas are stocked with necessary supplies
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations
- Promote spa services, memberships, and retail products in a professional, non-pushy manner
- Follow spa policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
- Support wellness workshops and classes as needed, helping to facilitate a positive experience for participants
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of one (1) year of professional, customer-facing experience in spa or salon environment is required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience with Mindbody POS system is required
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable and punctual
- Full-time availability with ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals
