About This Role
Are you the person who connects the dots between a client’s business need and a game-changing creative idea? We are looking for an experienced Creative Strategist to join our leadership team.
What You ll Be DoingAs our Creative Strategist, you ll be the strategic and creative anchor for the accounts. You ll own the creative output, guide the team, and be the trusted strategic partner for our clients.
- Lead Creative & Strategic Development: Drive the conceptualization of high-level campaign ideas and always-on content strategies. You ll own the "big idea" and ensure it aligns perfectly with client objectives.
- Own the Creative Vision: From pitching new business to overseeing the final execution of a campaign, you will be the guardian of the creative vision, ensuring quality, consistency, and strategic relevance at every touchpoint.
- Team Mentorship & Direction: Guide and mentor a team of content creators, designers, and editors. You ll provide clear creative direction, constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative environment where great ideas can flourish.
- Data-Driven Insight Generation: You ll analyze performance data to uncover deep insights, telling the story of what s working, what s not, and what we should do next to optimize for success.
- Innovate and Stay Ahead: Keep the agency and our clients at the forefront of social media by identifying emerging trends, new platforms, and innovative storytelling formats.
- Client Partnership & Growth: Act as the primary strategic counsel for clients. You ll lead key presentations, translate their business needs into creative briefs, and proactively identify opportunities to grow the account.
- A Natural Leader: You inspire and guide teams to do their best work. You re comfortable being the final say on creative and strategic decisions.
- A Strategic Thinker with a Creative Heart: You can effortlessly switch between a high-level strategic discussion and a detailed creative review.
- A Compelling Storyteller: You can articulate and sell a creative vision to both internal teams and senior clients with confidence and clarity.
- A Relationship Builder: You build trust and rapport easily with clients, becoming their go-to strategic partner.
- 5-7+ years of experience in a strategic or creative role within a social media or creative agency.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to develop and execute successful, creative-led social media campaigns for a diverse range of clients.
- Proven experience leading client-facing presentations and building strong, lasting client relationships.
- Experience mentoring or managing junior creative team members.
- Deep understanding of all major social media platforms, and how to create content that feels native to each.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
