About the Role Dexterity AI is seeking a creative and technically skilled AI Graphic Designer on a contract basis to support content creation initiatives, including the development of a 3d animated AI-focused video that showcases our technology, brand, and vision. This role is ideal for a designer who blends strong visual storytelling with motion and digital design expertise.

• Design and produce an animated AI video that aligns with Dexterity AI’s brand, messaging, and technical sophistication
• Develop engaging visual content for marketing, product, and brand initiatives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate complex AI concepts into compelling visual narratives
• Edit and refine graphics, animations, and video assets based on feedback
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality, brand, and timeline expectations

• Proven experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or multimedia content creation
• Virtual Portfolio or link to Website showcasing animation and video work
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
• Experience creating animated videos and digital content, ideally for technology or AI-focused companies
• Strong editing, layout, and visual storytelling skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience with AI, robotics, or emerging technology content
• Familiarity with 3D animation or additional motion design tools
