Project/Site Engineer – Residential Projects (HDB, Condominium or Landed Housing) About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer with proven experience in Singapore residential projects, including HDB, condominium, or landed property developments. The ideal candidate will support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing all site activities to ensure timely completion and compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of daily site operations for residential construction projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor site progress and workmanship to ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and update project documentation including method statements, shop drawings, progress reports, and technical submissions.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with HDB, BCA, and relevant local codes of practice.
• Identify and report technical issues, propose solutions, and support the Site/Project Manager in resolving site‑related challenges.
• Ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with workplace safety and health (WSH) policies and regulations.
• Support testing and commissioning activities and assist with final inspections and handover processes.

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of hands‑on site experience in Singapore residential projects (HDB, condominium, or landed housing).
• Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and authority requirements (e.g., BCA, HDB, SCDF).
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, and relevant stakeholders.
• Good problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and familiar with common construction software/tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Possess a valid safety certification (e.g., CSOC/BCSS) is an advantage.
