We are seeking a seasoned Project Estimator to support large-scale cold storage and industrial refrigeration construction projects. This role is ideal for a detail-driven professional with strong estimating expertise who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for cold storage and industrial refrigeration projects
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and bid documents
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and performance standards
- Support preconstruction planning, budgeting, and proposal development
- Proven experience estimating large-scale refrigeration or cold storage construction projects
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and industrial construction processes
- Proficiency in estimating software and construction documentation
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines effectively
