We are seeking an experienced framing contractor to partner with us as an independent contractor to support ongoing and upcoming residential new construction and remodeling projects. This opportunity is ideal for an independent professional or crew with a strong track record of delivering high-quality structural framing.

The independent contractor will provide framing services, which may include:

• Layout and structural framing
• Wall, floor, and roof framing
• Structural modifications and reframing for remodeling projects
• Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
• Material coordination and jobsite organization
• Coordinating with project teams and trades
• Ensuring framing meets structural and quality standards

• Proven residential framing experience
• Experience with remodeling and structural modifications preferred
• Operates an independent business entity or sole proprietorship
• Own tools, equipment, and crew (if applicable)
• General liability insurance (COI required)
• Ability to manage schedule and workload independently
• Strong workmanship and attention to detail
• Reliable communication and professionalism

• Project-based or negotiated per scope
• Payment terms outlined in contractor agreement
• Opportunity for ongoing project work based on performance and availability

This is an independent contractor opportunity. The selected professional will not be considered an employee of Gill Construction and will be responsible for their own taxes, insurance, licensing, and business expenses.
