Commercial Window Treatment
Location: Dripping Springs, TX 78620
Salary: $50K-$60K per year
Our client is a commercial window treatment company seeking an administrative professional to join their team as a Commercial Window Treatment Estimator. This is a full-time, in-office position that includes data entry, bid preparation, email correspondence, pricing adjustments, and managing details via software.
What You’ll Be Doing- Communicating with General Contractors to receive job specifications
- Inputting data into estimating software
- Sourcing manufacturer pricing
Managing bid deadlines and winning projects through accurate, timely quotes - Building relationships with General Contractors and occasionally manufacturers
- Learning the industry-specific processes through on-the-job training
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
- Administrative or client-facing professional experience
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Construction industry experience is helpful but not required
- A proactive and personable approach to client interactions
- Time Off: 22 days per year (includes 5 PTO days after 90 days + paid company time)
- Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, in-office
