Site Safety Technician (Field)

Location: Haskell, TX

Duration: 12-18 Months (Start: 3/30)

Type: 1099 Contractor

Hourly Rate: $45/hr

Per Diem: Monthly based on construction safety experience $4200-$7100/Month. Housing:
Optional dedicated work camp provided at no cost (dormitory-style, gender‑segregated). The camp includes dining facilities, a gym, and recreational areas such as pools.

Completion Bonus: $150/month

Pay: Weekly

Schedule: Monday‑Sunday | 10 days on / 4 days off | 12‑hour shifts | Day & Night

Our client is supporting the buildout of a data center campus in Haskell, TX, with a peak workforce of approximately 3,400 workers across multiple trades. The Site Safety Technician will provide field‑level safety support in a high‑volume construction environment while coordinating closely with client safety leadership.

• OSHA 510 or OSHA 500 or higher
• 4+ years of verifiable construction safety experience
• Ability to work day or night shifts as needed
• Previous data center experience preferred
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred

• Conduct project safety inspections and employee orientations
• Provide safety training as needed
• Monitor worksite employees and enforce safety protocols
• Review and manage safety‑related documentation and contractor correspondence
• Perform additional EHS‑related tasks as required

• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Professionalism in fast‑paced construction environments
• Excellent public speaking and communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• OSHA outreach training experience (preferred)
• Professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information

• Working knowledge of OSHA construction standards
• Ability to effectively communicate safety principles and regulations
• Understanding of multi‑trade construction safety practices
• Ability to effectively communicate safety requirements in the field
