As we continue to scale, we are seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to take ownership of major projects and play a key leadership role in our continued growth.

What You'll Do

Lead and manage electrical construction projects from pre-construction through close-out
Oversee multiple commercial projects simultaneously, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met
Develop and maintain project schedules, manpower plans, and cost forecasts
Manage project financials, including budgeting, job costing, change orders, billing, and profitability
Coordinate closely with Superintendents, Foremen, Estimators, General Contractors, owners, engineers, and inspectors
Review and manage drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change documentation
Procure materials, equipment, and subcontracted services in alignment with project schedules
Proactively identify risks, scope gaps, and field issues, resolving them before they impact cost or schedule
Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, contract documents, and company quality standards
Enforce safety policies and support a strong safety culture across all assigned projects
Lead project meetings and represent the company professionally with clients and stakeholders
Mentor junior Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and field leadership as the organization grows

What We're Looking For

7-10+ years of commercial electrical construction experience, with 5+ years in a Project Manager or Senior PM role
Proven track record managing complex electrical projects (ground-up, tenant finish-out, renovations, or infrastructure)
Strong understanding of electrical systems, means and methods, and construction sequencing
Deep working knowledge of NEC, project documentation, and commercial construction processes
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and teams effectively
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to operate independently while aligning with company standards and objectives
Experience working with project management software (Service Titan, Procore, or similar preferred)
Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
OSHA 30 certification preferred

Pay: $90,000.00 - $ per year
