About the Role:

Moltz Construction Inc. is looking for a Concrete Laborer to support a wastewater treatment plant project Henderson Mill, located in Parshall, CO, near Silverthorne. The project consists of extensive excavation, concrete, interior piping, and equipment work. The project is scheduled to last for 2+ years.

As a Concrete Laborer at Moltz Construction Inc., you will:

* Assist with all phases of concrete work, including forming, pouring, finishing, and curing

* Prepare job sites by setting up forms, grade stakes, rebar, and wire mesh

* Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment as needed

* Operate hand tools and power tools such as shovels, screeds, vibrators, and saws

* Place, spread, and level concrete under the direction of the foreman or finishers

* Assist finishers with edging, jointing, and surface preparation

* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times

* Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

* Assist with concrete demolition, removal, and site cleanup

* Help maintain and clean tools, equipment, and forms

* Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors

* Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Qualifications &

Experience:

* Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.

* Perform good manual dexterity and multilimbed coordination.

* Ability to work overtime including nights and weekends if required to meet project schedule.

Compensation and Benefits:

* Salary- $26.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experience

* Typical 40 hour weeks with OT as necessary
