About the Role:

Moltz Construction Inc. is looking for a Concrete Form Builder/ Finisher to support a wastewater treatment plant project in Montrose, CO, near Delta. The project consists of extensive excavation, concrete, interior piping, and equipment work. The project is scheduled to last for 2+ years.

As a Concrete Form Builder/ Finisher at Moltz, you will:

* Form, place and finish concrete floors, driveways, walls, sidewalks, curbs, decks and other concrete structures

* Use dry pack grouting and epoxy materials, and understand how to cure concrete properly

* Level and smooth the surface, round the edges, and make joints or grooves to help control cracking on the surface

* Set the forms that hold concrete to the desired pitch and depth and alignment

* Monitor how the wind, heat, or cold affect the curing of the concrete throughout the entire process

* Produce rough concrete surface, using broom

Qualifications &

Experience:

* Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.

* Perform good manual dexterity and multilimbed coordination.

* Ability to work overtime including nights and weekends if required to meet project schedule.

Compensation and Benefits:

* Salary- $28.00 - $35.00 per hour based on experience.

* Per diem and company housing is provided.
* $0.00 Premium Health Care, Vision, and Dental options are available.

* 401(k) plan upon eligibility.

* On-the-job training and rapid career advancement for those with the drive and skill set.

* Guaranteed 40-hour weeks with OT as necessary.
