Contract: Full Time

Salary: 14.17 - 14.99

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support Children’s & Young People’s residential services as a Team Leader, guiding and developing other team members by example.
  • Plan team rotas, support the Deputy and home manager in meetings and appointments; adapt to read situations to help young people make positive choices and support colleagues’ development.
  • Work on a rota basis (average 169 hours per month) plus sleep-ins; discuss flexible working arrangements as needed.
  • Meet the needs of the Children and Young People in line with OFSTED regulations.
  • Fulfill duties as required by the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager; deputise in their absence.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • MUST HOLD A UK DRIVING LICENCE
  • Ability to assist the Registered Manager/Deputy Manager in implementing the Statement of Purpose
  • Receive supervision in line with Quality Standards and pursue personal development and training
  • Complete tasks as directed by the Registered Manager/Deputy Manager

  • Requirements for an Enhanced DBS and reference checks will be undertaken in line with government regulations and safer recruitment best practice
